Interesting Facts: Reed snakes are so called because of their cylindrical bodies and short tails. They are burrowing snakes. This snake resembles the Common Blind Snake.

Size: About 23 cm

Diet: Feeds on invertebrates.

Activity: Primary nocturnal.

Habitat: Leaf litter, forested area
