Status: Vulnerable

Interesting Facts: The Slender Squirrel is smaller in size compared to the Plantain Squirrel. It has underparts that are grey with buffy tips.

Size: 13-15cm without tail.

Diet: Feeds on fruits and seeds, including insects hiding in tree bark.

Activity: Active during day in the middle and lower storey of the secondary forest.

Habitat: Tall secondary forest.

Threats: Habitat destruction.
